Led a full discovery process to replace a 30+ year legacy operational system - a challenge directly analogous to the large-scale digital transformation initiatives undertaken by enterprise tech companies, financial institutions, and government-adjacent platforms. Mapped deeply manual workflows, identified systemic inefficiencies, and defined measurable goals: reducing manual steps and operational friction by 20–30%. Aligned design strategy with both technical constraints and organizational change management realities.

The visual system prioritizes speed of comprehension over decoration, consistent with the design standards of enterprise tools like Splunk, PagerDuty, or Bloomberg Terminal. Delivered a UI that communicates authority, precision, and reliability.

Delivered a full component library with data-driven UI states, interaction documentation, and real-time data binding specs in Figma. Coordinated closely with engineering on live data integration requirements - covering loading states, error handling, and edge cases. Ran structured handoff reviews to minimize implementation ambiguity across a complex, data-intensive system.
