Worked with Getruck's product team to address a core usability challenge: how logistics coordinators search, identify, and access customer workspaces across a rapidly growing enterprise client base. This problem is directly analogous to customer management workflows in CRM platforms, managing large vendor directories, and enterprise AMS portals with multi-tenant account structures. Defined a design approach centered on fast discoverability, clear identity, and frictionless workspace entry.

Designed a customer directory home screen functioning as the primary navigation hub for multi-account operations - enabling coordinators to search by company name, sort by relevant criteria, and visually scan a card-based client grid. Each card surfaces the company logo, name, and operational descriptor, providing enough context for fast, confident account selection.
