An enterprise fleet management product for logistics and supply chain operators needing live GPS tracking, vehicle status, and driver data unified in a single operational surface. I led UX and UI from concept through handoff.

Conducted discovery with logistics coordinators and fleet managers to understand how large vehicle fleets are monitored, routed, and managed in real time - a domain that shares deep structural overlap with AMS (Asset Management Systems), supply chain platforms, and enterprise operations tools. Identified fragmented data, poor live visibility, and disconnected driver/vehicle records as core pain points. Shaped a design strategy around unifying spatial, status, and personnel data in one operational surface.

Designed a split-panel experience - live map view paired with a structured asset list - allowing operators to navigate between spatial and tabular perspectives without context loss. Built a Truck Details panel surfacing vehicle specs, real-time location, assigned driver, and contact info in a scannable card format. This dual-view pattern is widely adopted in enterprise AMS, logistics SaaS, and field operations platforms at scale.
