A B2B port security SaaS platform serving port authorities and commercial operators who needed structured, real-time incident tracking with clear severity classification and audit trails. I led UX and UI for the Port Management module across the full feature scope.

Worked with G2's product team to understand how operations managers track, classify, and resolve security incidents across distributed facilities - a workflow structurally similar to IT incident management, financial compliance tracking, and enterprise risk platforms. Mapped the full incident lifecycle and identified gaps in visibility, ownership clarity, and response speed. Defined a design strategy centered on fast triage, data transparency, and scalable operational oversight.

Designed a structured incident management interface built around a severity-tiered summary bar (Critical through Very Low) as a persistent operational overview - a pattern common in enterprise NOC tools, AMS platforms, and FinTech risk dashboards. Built multi-dimensional filtering by status, severity, and date, enabling fast drill-down across high-volume event streams. Complemented the list view with calendar and map modes for temporal and spatial operational context.
